Vintage Catherine Noll Red Horn Beaded Necklace

This is a French designer necklace by Catherine Noll. The beads have been dyed a very deep red and are made from buffalo horn. Even the fastening has been carved from horn, a hook and loop design.

Catherine liked to work with natural materials such as animal horn and wood, producing stunning pieces of jewellery between 1945 – 1994.
