Tree planting around the world
Another passion of mine is spending time amongst the trees and I love nothing more than bumbling about in a forest, foraging and enjoying the company of the trees around me. In order to give something back through my business, I make an annual donation to ancient and sacred trees, for the planting of trees in the UK and worldwide. AST is a Not-For-Profit community run by volunteers. This charity plants trees in various locations around the world. So far I’ve had the privilege of being able to plant 351 trees, through profits raised from my Etsy shop. Each year I’ll add a new certificate to acknowledge the planting of trees and to show my commitment to giving something back to the earth.

Eco Friendly Packaging
At Nine Lives and Beyond, sustainability doesn’t stop at the jewellery itself. Every order arrives in sturdy cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape, wrapped in paper for that extra layer of care, no plastic in sight. Even the business card tucked inside is printed on 100% recycled card, so every touchpoint of your unboxing experience stays kind to the planet. It’s a small reflection of the bigger story behind each piece: giving things a second life, without costing the earth.
- All orders are sent in a kraft cardboard box, sealed with strong kraft paper tape.
- My business cards are printed on 100% recycled card and they can be recycled too.
- Kraft paper wrap is used as an alternative to plastic bubble wrap and can be recycled.
- The pillow pouches are made from card and can be recycled, along with the kraft card message tag.
